LinkedIn ad library search
Type a company name. Endless searches LinkedIn's Ad Library and lists the company's ads with the headline, copy, format, call to action, landing link and run dates of each, plus the impression range LinkedIn reports for it.
What is the LinkedIn Ad Library?
The LinkedIn Ad Library is LinkedIn's public record of the ads that run on LinkedIn. You can look up a company and see its ads: the headline, the copy, the format, the call to action, the landing page and the dates each ad ran. For each ad, LinkedIn also shows a range of impressions, such as "< 1k", not an exact count.
B2B companies use LinkedIn ads to promote demos, reports, events and job openings, and a company can run many ads at once. The library shows them one by one. To see what a competitor promotes and to whom it speaks, you have to open each ad, note the offer and compare them.
Endless searches the library for the company, checks that each ad is really from it and not from a company with a similar name, and groups the ads by message or offer. Each ad keeps its link, so you can open the original. The impression range is LinkedIn's own, and Endless never turns it into an exact number.
How it works
- 01
Enter the company
Type a company name into the box above.
- 02
Sign in and the prompt is ready
Create a free Endless account or sign in. Your workspace chat opens with the request already written, and the agent searches LinkedIn's Ad Library.
- 03
Read the ads and ask more
Get the company's ads grouped by message, with the copy, format, dates and impression range of each. Then ask for a date range, one country or a comparison with a competitor.
What people use it for
- 01
See what a competitor promotes
Look up a competitor and read its LinkedIn ads: which products, reports, webinars and demos it pays to promote, and which pages it sends people to. The agent groups the ads by offer, so you see where its budget goes without guessing amounts.
- 02
Study B2B ad copy
Collect the headlines, copy and calls to action of the companies in your market. Ask the agent which messages repeat across them and which claims only one company makes. It quotes the ads behind each point, with their links.
- 03
Compare formats
See which formats a company uses, such as single image, video, carousel or document ads, and which ones reached the higher impression ranges. That helps you decide which formats to try in your own campaigns.
- 04
Check a launch or a campaign
Limit the search to a date range to see the ads a company ran around a launch, an event or a quarter. Each ad comes with the dates it ran, so you can line the campaign up with the company's announcements.
- 05
Find ads on a topic
Search the ad copy for a keyword instead of a company, such as a product category or a job title you sell to, and see which advertisers run ads about it. It is a quick way to map who advertises in your space.
- 06
Track a competitor every month
Turn the search into a scheduled task that runs every week or month. Each run reads the company's ads again and reports the new ones, so a competitor's new campaigns show up in your workspace. It is a periodic check, not a real-time alert.
Frequently asked questions
Is this LinkedIn ad library search free?
You can start free. A free Endless account comes with the Free plan, which gives your workspace 100 credits when you create it and 50 credits every week. Each search spends credits from that balance. Paid plans add more credits if you check ads often.
How much does a search cost?
Ads are read 24 at a time, up to 72, and each group of 24 is billed, so reading more ads costs more. The agent's summary is part of the same run. The chat shows what each search spent.
Does it show impressions or spend?
It shows the impression range LinkedIn reports for each ad, such as "< 1k", and, where LinkedIn reports it, the share of impressions by country. LinkedIn does not give exact counts, so Endless never reports one. It does not report spend.
Can I filter by date or country?
Yes. Ask for ads that ran from or up to a date, or for the ads that ran in one or more countries. Without filters, the search returns the company's ads from any date and country that the library holds.
What if another company has a similar name?
A name can match more than one advertiser. The agent checks the advertiser on each ad before attributing it to the company, and leaves out the ones from other companies. For an exact match, give the company's linkedin.com/company/ link with its numeric id.
Can I search ads by keyword instead of company?
Yes. Ask the agent to search the ad copy for a word or phrase, and it returns ads from any advertiser that contain it. That shows how a whole category advertises on LinkedIn. To see one company's own ads, search by its name.
Does it show who an ad targets?
No. Endless reads each ad's headline, copy, format, call to action, landing link, creative, run dates and impression range. It does not read targeting details, and it never asks for your LinkedIn password or access to an ad account.
