About HeyGen Video 1
HeyGen Video 1 is HeyGen's general-purpose video model, released in September 2026 and built on MiniMax H3 with HeyGen's own post-training. It generates the picture, dialogue and sound effects of a scene in one pass, in clips of 5 to 15 seconds from 480p to 2K.
It is built for people on camera: presenters, product demos and UGC-style clips. Describe the scene, the people, what they say and how the camera moves. Attach up to 9 images of people, products or places, a clip whose motion and style guide the result, and up to 3 audio clips as a voice or soundtrack, and refer to them as Image 1, Video 1 and Audio 1. Or attach one image as the first frame and animate it.
Aspect ratios run from 21:9 to 9:16; a first frame keeps its own shape.
