The sidebar is the whole map: this page walks it top to bottom, then Settings the same way. The last section says why yours won't have every row.

The workspace sidebar

• New chat — the workspace home: one composer, and the agent that writes, generates, searches the web and reads the big social platforms. Always there.
• Assets — everything you've made and uploaded, with the filters for finding it again.
• Scheduled — prompts on a timer, under Schedules and Activity tabs.
• Projects — a space per client or campaign, and what you attach to a chat for context.
• Skills — the workflows you teach Endless, the ones it ships with, and the switches for both.

Tools

Each tool is enabled per workspace, and you can hide any of them from your own sidebar without affecting anyone else.

• Canvas — an infinite board, shared live with anyone who opens it.
• Transcripts — a recording, podcast or link becomes searchable text with speakers and timestamps.
• Image — prompt, model, parameters, live credit cost, generate.
• Video — the same, for clips: describe a scene, or start from a still or an existing clip. Cutting a moment out of a recording happens in chat, not here.
• Social radar — a recency-scoped sweep of the live web, X and Reddit, handed to a chat.

The rest of the screen

• Recents — your latest chats, with "View all chats" opening the full history.
• The footer — the workspace's credit balance, and the switcher that holds a different workspace in each tab.
• Members — a read-only directory with no row of its own, reached by selecting someone in a chat mention or in Settings → Members.

Settings

What's in this menu depends on your role.

Account

• Profile — your photo, name, email, language, and where to delete your account.
• Security — password, multi-factor authentication, passkeys and sessions, handled by the sign-in provider.

Workspace

• General — the workspace's logo, name and URL, plus leaving or deleting it.
• Members — invitations, roles, teams and spending limits.
• Billing — your plan, the next credit refill and payment details.
• Skills — the sidebar's Skills page, mounted here.
• Connectors — the tools Endless can use on your behalf, plus your own MCP server.
• Archived — projects you've archived, hidden until you unarchive them.
• Trash — what you've deleted, restorable for a while before it's gone.

Governance

The oversight pages.

• Teams — grouping members, and a spending limit per group. Stricter still: it needs permission to manage the workspace.
• Activity — everything the workspace did, filterable and exportable as CSV.
• Models — which models the workspace, a team or one person may use, and what each costs.
• Features — which surfaces each team or person may use. Chat is always on.

If something isn't there, or won't run

Three things decide what you get, and they fail in different places.
