Activity
One feed of everything the workspace did, filterable down to a person, a week or a kind of work.
Settings → Governance → Activity is the workspace's single feed: "Everything the workspace did — generations, collaboration, admin changes and credit movements, in one place."
It's one list, in time order, mixing things that used to live in separate places. There is no second "history" page to check — generation runs, uploads, chats, canvases, projects, teams, invitations and credit movements all land here.
Opening this page needs the permission to view workspace activity and governance — an admin, by default. Members, Viewers and Billing managers don't see the Governance section in the settings menu at all. See Roles and permissions.
What a row looks like

Rows read as sentences rather than log lines — someone ran a model, someone uploaded files, someone created a project, the workspace received a credit refill. Repetition is collapsed: ten variants from one run are a single row, and a batch of uploads is counted rather than listed, so a busy afternoon doesn't bury a role change.
Expand a row and the detail loads underneath it: for a generation, the model, status, cost, duration, outputs and their format and dimensions, with a link through to the chat or canvas it came from. Nothing is fetched until you open it, so the feed itself stays fast.
The header keeps a running summary of what you're looking at — how many events, and the credits spent across them. It moves when you filter, which is the point: filter to one person and last week, and the number in the header is that person's week.
Filtering
Type
Four buckets — Generations, Content, Credits and Members. Content covers assets, chats, canvases, projects and connectors; Members covers joins, invitations and team changes.
Members and Teams
Narrow to particular people. Once the workspace has teams, a Teams filter appears alongside it and resolves to whoever is on that team right now.
Media
Image, Video, Audio or Text, for the generation and asset rows.
Date
All time, Last 24 hours, Last 7 days or Last 30 days.
There's a search box next to the filters ("Search activity…") that matches prompts, titles, names and labels. All of it is applied across the workspace's whole history, not just the rows already on screen, and the feed loads more as you scroll.
Clicking a person's name in a row focuses the feed on them. Clicking the same name again clears it. It's the fastest way to answer "what has this person been doing" without touching the filter bar — and your filters live in the page address, so a filtered view is a link you can send to another admin.
When filters match nothing you get "No activity matches these filters."; a genuinely quiet workspace gets "No activity yet. Generations, collaboration, and admin changes will show up here."
Exporting
"Export CSV", top right, downloads what you're currently looking at — one row per event with its timestamp, category, action, who did it, the summary sentence, status, media kind, credits and prompt. It's disabled when the feed is empty.
The export covers the events loaded in the view, so scroll to pull in more before exporting a long period, and use the date filter rather than assuming you got everything. For an accounting answer rather than an operational one, Settings → Billing is the authority on what was actually charged.
What the feed is and isn't
It reflects the workspace as it is now
The feed is built from the workspace's current contents, not from a separate tamper-proof journal. It answers "what is going on here" very well. It is not a compliance archive, and it isn't the place to prove what something used to be called before it was renamed.
Deleting rewrites the row
Move something to the trash and it stops appearing as "created" and starts appearing as "deleted". Restore it and the creation event comes back. Delete it permanently and both disappear.
That last behavior is worth knowing before you rely on the feed for an audit. Permanently deleting an item removes its trace from the feed as well as from the workspace — the trash's 30-day window is what stands between the two, and Trash explains it.
Where else activity shows up
The same feed, scoped to one person, is on their profile in the member directory — reached from a mention card or from the roster in Settings → Members. It's the same rows and the same detail, filtered to them.
Credits and spending
Where the credit movements in this feed come from, and who can spend what.
Teams and limits
Spending broken down per team, with a cap you can actually set.
Members
The roster, with each person's usage this cycle against their limit.
Roles and permissions
Who can open this page, and why oversight is a separate permission from changing things.
