Support access
Let the Endless team read your content for one day to fix a problem, stop it at any time, and see each time the team read it.
The Endless team can't see your chats, files or generations. When you report a problem and the team needs to look at it, you can share your content with the team for one day.
Share your content
- Go to Settings → Workspace → Endless team.
- Select Share for 1 day.
For one day, the Endless team can read what you can read in the workspace: chats, files and generations. The team reads as you, so it never sees content that is private to someone else. Sharing needs Share content with the Endless team, which every role but Viewer holds by default. See Roles and permissions.
To share for another day, select Share for 1 day from now. The new share replaces the old one.
Stop sharing
Select Stop sharing. The team can't read your content from that moment. Anyone with Share content with the Endless team can also stop another person's share, under Who shares now.
See what the team read
The same page lists every share in History, and each time the team read content under a share: the Endless team, or the Endless support assistant in the chat. You see the reads made as you. With View workspace activity and governance you see every read, and every change the team made to the workspace, such as to billing or credits.
The support assistant
The support assistant in the chat can read your chats, files, projects, canvases and skills only while you share your content. It never reads under a share another member made. If it needs to look at your content, it asks in the chat, with two buttons: Yes, share for 24 hours and No, don't share. Tapping yes shares your content exactly as Share for 1 day does, and History shows it as shared from the support chat.
