Instagram highlight stories

/social/instagram_highlight_stories

Fetch the stories inside one Instagram highlight by its id (the pk from instagram_user_highlights). Highlight stories don't expire, but engagement on third-party accounts is private, so results carry timing and content (pass image_url to analyze_image), not like/view counts.
