Instagram hashtag posts
Get an Instagram hashtag's top posts — photos, carousels and reels. Instagram's own ranking, not chronological, and it mixes in years-old posts and unrelated uses of the same tag: check each post's taken_at and caption before counting it. For reels about a topic, instagram_search is more on-topic.
