X tweet engagers
List the accounts that retweeted or liked a specific X (Twitter) post (by URL). Use for engagement/audience analysis on a post. X-only — Instagram has no equivalent. X does not expose engager lists for every post: an empty result means the list is unavailable, not that nobody engaged — use the post's like/retweet counts for totals.
