Resolve a social mention

/social/resolve_mention

Resolve a social @handle to the real account(s) it maps to, so you can mention it correctly. Use this to DISAMBIGUATE which platform a handle belongs to (the same handle can exist on Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.) and to confirm an account exists before linking it. Returns each match's ready-to-paste mention_markdown ([@handle](url)) — emit that verbatim, never invent a handle or URL. Pass platform when you already know it (one lookup); omit it to probe every supported platform and disambiguate.
