Instagram user highlights

POST
/social/instagram_user_highlights

List an account's Instagram highlights (the permanent story collections pinned on the profile) by @username. Returns each highlight's id (pk), title, story count, and cover image; fetch the stories inside one with instagram_highlight_stories.
