The docs keep saying "an admin can, a member can't", which makes every paragraph heavier. A tab makes the split structural instead of grammatical.

2 · Accordion — keep the exhaustive part, fold it
The correctness pass left long lists of who-can-do-what. They have to stay; they don't have to be in the way.

Skills are folders. Describing that in prose takes a paragraph; showing it takes none.
